  I’ve had a very positive experience working out at HolAthlete. As a physical therapist, I am very particular about movement patterns and technique during exercise programs. The trainers at Holathlete use a holistic approach applying functional movement patterns to range of motion, flexibility, strength and conditioning all in a very comfortable environment for individuals at all fitness levels . Each class is a perfect blend of the above. I would recommend for the experienced athlete as well as the beginner. I have been recommending HolAthlete Acedemy to discharged patients as a place to continue with their wellness program as well as to friends looking to start or continue with fitness and wellness.

  I love the holMobility class! Each workout is different than the last. Tony is a very talented instructor and the results after attending this class for a year are amazing.

  holAthlete Academy is wonderful. I've enjoyed their Monday night yoga class because there is no pressure at all except to do what I need to do for my body. The staff are very professional and open to questions or concerns. A real gem of a fitness place!

  Great place. Friendly people. My son has attended many sessions there and loves it. He has brought friends and they get a lot out of the sessions. My son has learned som much about fitness and stretching and the proper conditioning for sports. It has given him better flexibility and is a great workout. Thank you so much

  Great experience love this place. My 8 year old daughter loves it here too. The staff is great.the gym is clean and well put together. It’s a group community feel not just going to a gym and working out alone.
